Every day at 5 AM London time, the oldest card drops out and a fresh one enters. Each skill stays in rotation for seven days, gathering telemetry. On exit, the verdict cron decides what graduates to core.

How verdicts work

Each card collects telemetry for 7 days — install velocity, success rate, agent diversity, distinct workloads. On day 7 the verdict cron runs: Promote-to-core, Hold-for-reentry, Co-list, or Archive. Replacement candidates that beat the incumbent get co-listed (then auto-deprecation rolls in once we know our noise floor).
